Frequently Asked Questions
Helpful details before you order.
Is this mount MagSafe compatible?
Yes — it is built to Apple's MagSafe specification, so any MagSafe iPhone snaps straight on. If you use a phone case, the case itself must be MagSafe-compatible; a plain non-magnetic case will prevent a secure hold.
How strong is the hold? Will my phone fall over bumps?
The mount uses a high-grade N52 neodymium magnet array that holds even large smartphones securely over harsh speed bumps, and the base clamps firmly onto the upper/side corner of the center display.
Will it block my view or scratch the screen bezel?
No. It sits on the display corner without blocking road visibility or the air-vent louvers, and soft silicone contact pads protect the display casing from scuffs and pressure marks. The 360° ball head switches instantly between portrait navigation and landscape media.
What if it doesn't fit my car or arrives damaged?
Every TR product is covered by our quality guarantee. If it doesn't fit the model and configuration you selected as described, or it arrives with a defect, contact support@trshift.com with a photo or video and we will make it right — repair, replacement, or refund.
