What if my order is delayed or lost?

Packages are fully tracked. If your shipment has not arrived past the estimated window or is marked delivered but not found, contact our team immediately at support@trshift.com and we will resolve it promptly or issue a priority reshipment.

Free Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order:

• Send a photo or video of the issue to support@trshift.com.
• Once verified, we will arrange and cover any required return shipping, and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a free replacement or full refund.
• Customers will never bear return shipping costs for verified product defects or fulfillment errors.

Voluntary Returns (Change of Mind)

If you ordered the wrong model or changed your mind within 7 days:

• Contact support@trshift.com for return authorization and instructions to return the item to our warehouse in Guangzhou, China.
• Customers are responsible for international return postage for personal preference returns.
• Zero Restocking Fee: We never charge restocking or handling fees.
