Frequently Asked Questions
Helpful details before you order.
Which models does this pillow set fit — does it fit Model Y L?
It fits Model Y and Model 3 across generations. It does not fit Model Y L: the Y L uses sport-style headrests with a different shape, so please don't order it for a Y L.
What are the item options?
Choose the Headrest Pillow on its own, the Lumbar Support on its own, or the Complete 2-Piece Set with both. Both pieces come in Matte Black or White.
How does it attach, and will it block seat functions?
Each piece mounts with a secure strap that stays firmly anchored and does not obstruct seat ventilation, heating, or power controls.
Can I wash the covers?
Yes. The covers are removable with a zipper and can be machine- or hand-washed. The high-density slow-rebound core keeps its shape and support even after prolonged use.
What if it doesn't fit my car or arrives damaged?
Every TR product is covered by our quality guarantee. If it doesn't fit the model and configuration you selected as described, or it arrives with a defect, contact support@trshift.com with a photo or video and we will make it right — repair, replacement, or refund.
