Frequently Asked Questions
Helpful details before you order.
Where can I mount this tissue case?
Almost anywhere: its elastic strap mounts securely under the center touchscreen, behind a headrest, or on the armrest, so front and rear passengers can both reach it.
Will it scratch my screen or seats?
No. The case is fully soft with zero exposed hard hardware, so it is safe against dashboards, screens, and seat backs.
How is dispensing and refilling?
The precision-cut aperture gives smooth, single-sheet extraction without tearing or jamming. Refilling is just sliding in a fresh soft tissue pack. The micro-suede finish matches Tesla factory seats and door cards, in Matte Black or Almond Beige.
What if it doesn't fit my car or arrives damaged?
Every TR product is covered by our quality guarantee. If it doesn't fit the model and configuration you selected as described, or it arrives with a defect, contact support@trshift.com with a photo or video and we will make it right — repair, replacement, or refund.
